Ghibliy provides image transformation services that convert user-uploaded images into Ghibli-style artwork using AI technology.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are consumed when generating images. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been used.

5. User Content

By uploading images to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload images containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or breach the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that may harm others

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original images. You own the output images generated by the Service, subject to our underlying technology rights. The Service's name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination
